To provide a double sealing sleeve for adjusting the inside diameter of a winding coil or a rewinding coil capable of easily changing a sealing sleeve to meet the coil diameter and also capable of remarkably shortening the change time of the sealing sleeve.

The double sealing sleeve for adjusting the inside diameter of the winding coil or the rewinding coil is characterized in that the sealing sleeve for adjusting the inside diameter of the winding or rewinding coil can adjust the inside diameter of the winding and rewinding coil, being loaded by a mandrel in which the outside diameter expands or shrinks and has an inner side sealing sleeve for a small diameter coil and an outer side sealing sleeve for a large diameter coil which is detachable on the outer peripheral surface of the inner side sealing sleeve. Preferably, in an end of the inner side sealing sleeve and/or the outer side sealing sleeve, a taper surface is provided and hardness of the end portion of the outer side sealing sleeve is made higher than that of the central portion to provide a convexity and a concavity in the inner surface of the outer side sealing sleeve.
