Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain double-side pile knit or woven fabric improved in mortar joining properties for a finishing material and further anchoring effects on the mortar by specifying the pile length in pile parts of synthetic fiber double- side pile fabric.
CONSTITUTION: This double-side pile knit or woven fabric is obtained by holding 20-60piles/cm2 having ≥2mm pile length in pile parts of the synthetic fiber double-side knit or woven fabric 2. A concrete ground 1 is coated with a polymer cement mortar 3 and pile knit or woven fabric 2 is pressed against the mortar 3 in an unhardened state to embed signal-side piles. Tiles 5 are then set with a lining mortar 4.
