Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent seizure of an inlet side guide and a plate filament material, to improve a cutting property by a sculping cutter and to prevent adhesion of cutting chips, etc., on the surface of the plate filament material after cutting.
CONSTITUTION: This device is furnished with a lower side sculping cutter 28 to surface cut the lower surface of a plate filament material T, an upper side sculping cutter to surface cut the upper surface of the plate filament material T, first and second presser rollers confronting each other with each of the sculping cutters and the plate filament material between them and first and second inlet side guides 32 making contact with the plate filament material adjacent to the upstream side of each cutting point. A large number of guide protruded parts 66 making contact with the lower surface of the plate filament material T are formed, a cutting oil injection nozzle 86 to spray cutting oil on the plate filament material T in liquid is provided adjacent to the upstream side of each of the guide protruded parts 66 and cutting oil supply passages 84, 82, 80 to supply cutting oil to the cutting oil injection nozzle 86 are formed.
