Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a double-sided circuit flexible board capable of being properly manufactured through a reel-to-reel technique, etc.

CONSTITUTION: In a double-sided circuit flexible board, an additive type circuit is formed while a flexible base material 1 consisting of a high-temperature resin film containing heat-resistant particles 1B soluble (insoluble) to an oxidizer and short fibers 1A and displaying insolubility (solubility) to heat or a photosetting oxidizer is used as the object.
