To provide a top which is also used as a double-sided pinwheel to be spun by wind from both front and rear sides when attached to a stand, is also used as a both-sided blow top to be reversely spun after turn-over when detached from the stand and placed on a plane, and also used as a toy, an educational article, or an advertisement article when decorated or designed.
The pinwheel is obtained by removing the triangular parts of a conventional pinwheel, and cutting wing faces in Buddhist cross shape as rotary blades so as to be spun by wind from both front and rear sides. The pinwheel is detached from the stand, thereby also used as the both-sided blow top. The number of the rotary blades is increased with the use of regular pentagonal, hexagonal, and octagonal sheets of paper. The sheet of paper decorated with a photograph or the like is made to adhere onto the center part as the toy, the educational article or the advertisement article. In the case of longer blades, dot-lines in drawing figures are extended so as to form the longer rotary blades.
