Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain a carpet, woven fabric, knitted fabric of a double step cut pile with unknown diversified characteristics by utilizing a pile thread comprising two or more kinds of fibers in which at least one kind fibers are covered with untwisted fibers.
SOLUTION: A double step cut pile product imparted with two or more kinds of hue, feeling, functionality at the same time is obtained by pulling out long threads on the surface of a pile by opening after tufting/cutting using covering threads comprising two or more kinds of threads obtained by overfeeding threads in which at least one kinds is untwisted fibers as pile threads.
