The wefts A, C, E, G... of the double or triple fabric for diaper mainly exposed to the front side of the fabric are composed of a blended fiber yarn of a polyester fiber and a cotton fiber, the wefts B, D, F, H... mainly exposed to the back of the fabric are composed of a hydrophobic synthetic fiber yarn and the warps a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h... are composed of a hydrophobic synthetic fiber yarn.
