Abstract:
To provide a time piece capable of reading simultaneous times of whole earth as an analog clock with an accuracy of 4 minutes per one degree of longitude.
This is a twelve hour system in daily use having following important advantages. Reading up to 4 minutes per one degree of longitude is easy. Small size and light. Development of portable wrist watch and pocket watch is possible. The structure is theoretically and practically simple. These are considered.
