Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a double vessel capable of smoothly introducing outside air to an intermediate space between an inner bag and an outer shell.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a double vessel constituted in a manner that an inner bag shrinks along reduction of the content includes a heating step. In the heating step, an assembly 15 composed of an inner preform 14 covered with an outer preform 13 is heated with a plurality of heaters 31. The plurality of heaters include a closest heater 31a closest to an outside air introduction pore-forming part 41 and other heaters 31b other than the closest heater 31a. When a value obtained by dividing an output of the closest heater 31a with a square of a distance Da from the closest heater 31a to the outside air introduction pore-forming part 41 is shown as V, and when the maximum value among values obtained by dividing respective outputs of the other heaters 31b with a square of a distance Db to the assembly 15 is shown as Wa, V/Wa is 0.60 or under.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
