When the reception of all packets has been completed at the time of receiving end information for informing of the end of packet transmission from the information server (P3), the processing is allowed to end (P6). At the time of receiving packets transmitted from the server (P4) packets lacking in the terminal itself out of the received packets are stored. When no receiving state of a down-loading request from the other terminal and end information and packets from the information server is continued for prescribed time (P7), a downloading request for requests registered in the request management table is transmitted.
