Abstract:
To provide an offset rotary press that folds and cuts web such as in the B4 long side width after printing at the downstream side thereof, enabling manufacture of a proper signature and ejection of paper.SOLUTION: A downstream side process apparatus 10 of an offset rotary press that cuts printed web and ejects paper includes: a cutting device 8 that cuts web into a predetermined length; a vertically folding device that is provided at the upstream of the cutting device 8 and vertically folds web 12 while transporting along the triangle board in the vertically lower direction, forming double web 13; a paper ejection device 9 that is provided at the downstream of the cutting device 8 and stacks tile-like at a constant pitch and ejects a signature 15 formed by the double web 13 being cut; and downstream side guide rollers 101, 102 that are provided between the vertically folding device and the cutting device 8, and change the transportation direction of the double web. The diameter of the downstream side guide rollers 101, 102 is set to be larger than the standard outer diameter of the upstream side guide rollers that guide web transportation at an upper stream of the vertically folding device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
