Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:The compound containing a doxorubicin of formula I (n is cationic charge of platinum and is 2 or 4) and a platinum cation Pt(II) or Pt(IV) chelated with each other at a ratio of 1:1.
USE: An antitumor antibiotic substance.
PREPARATION: Doxorubicin expressed by formula II is reacted with tetra- or hexachloroplatinic acid potassium or sodium salt in a solvent (e.g. water) at pH5-8.
