An air blow temperature forcibly changing section 7, when supplied with a doze state detection signal 2a, activates an electric fan 41 and also controls a heating and cooling section 42 to the cooling operation state at the maximum cooling capacity. The cool wind cooled in the heating and cooling section 42 is supplied to a plurality of air blow holes 3a through the communication passages 3d and 3e formed in an air supply tube 8 and a seat for the driver 3, blowing the cool wind from the plurality of the air blow holes 3a.
