Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a draft device which allows a suction speed of air from a work port to be easily adjusted.SOLUTION: A draft device comprises: a device body 2 which has a fan 7 and a filter 8, sucks air to the inside from the front surface side via the fan 7, filters air through the filter 8 and exhausts the filtered air to the outside; a pair of right and left sidewall parts 3 and 3 mounted on the front surface side of the device body 2; and a ceiling part 5 vertically turnably mounted in the device body 2 between the pair of sidewall parts 3 and 3. A flow passage cross-sectional area at a work port can be adjusted since the ceiling part 5 can be adjusted for the angle thereof relative to a front face 6a of the device body 2 and held at that angle. Thus, a suction speed of air from the work port can be easily adjusted without adjusting a rotational speed of the fan 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
