To provide a draft or the like measuring device of a hull, suitably measuring draft and an angle of inclination of a hull without being influenced by water level by adopting a measuring means using laser beam, thereby accurately finding a metacenter height.
A support member 3 is hung down under the water draft from the outer end part of a base member 1 provided on an upper deck 2 along a cross section of the central part of the hull S, and the lower end part is provided with a laser range finder 9 for measuring the distance to the bottom right under it and a laser light irradiating device 7 for applying a laser beam parallel to the center line of the hull to the bottom of the sea in the cross section of the hull in a heeled state of the hull S. A laser receiver 10 is provided at the bottom of the sea.
