To solve the problem of conventional bags with wheels for travelling (hereafter referred to a container instead of a bag) such as heavy weight, need much of a space in backward (in pulling type bag); swaying in term of the direction, and toppling down (in pushing type bag).

The present invention utilizes a power of lifting as well as pulling the bag. Lifting is momentary like jumping the bag. In addition, wheels are fixed not a free rotational model and thus swaying is prevented. And, a handle has a shape of a ladder allowing adjustment of range of lifting height of the bag. The bag is to be carried or lifted not in the rear but in the side of the body. Accordingly the backward space becomes unnecessary.
