A sub-tank 15 having a liquid level detector 14 is provided, and the sub-tank 15 and a drain circuit 9 of a hydraulic motor 2 are connected to each other by a circuit 17 having a relief valve 16, and an alarm 18 is provided operating by detecting the liquid level by the liquid level detector 14.
