Title:
POLYETHYLENE-BASED MULTILAYERED FILM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3160221
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive to improve the transparency of this film by reducing the loadings of finely divided particles to be compounded and reducing its cost by a method wherein specified polyethylene-based resin, the finely divided particles and a slipping agent are compounded together.
SOLUTION: This film consists of a layer A mainly made of polyethylene- based resin and a layer B. The blocking strength between layers A of films, which are obtained by dry-laminating a base material material as the corona processing surface of the layer B through polyether-based polyurethane adhesive, at 60°C is 0.1kg/25cm2 or less. The layer A consists of 0.3-2.0 pts.wt. of polymer finely divided particles, the average particle diameter of which is 11-20μm and the decomposition starting temperature of which is 250°C or higher, 0.02-0.07 pts.wt. of unsaturated aliphatic acid amide and 0.01-0.20 pts.wt. of unsaturated aliphatic aic bis-amide to 100 pts.wt. of a copolymer of ethylene and (4-100)α- olefin. As a result, the loadings of the particles can be reduced and the transparency of the film can be improved and its cost can be reduced.
