PURPOSE: To reduce a space for arranging a valve for discharging drain staying in an air tank, and discharge drain cumulated in the air tank automatically.
CONSTITUTION: An air pressure system for driving an actuator such as an air cylinder is arranged in a roving exchanger for automatically carrying out roving exchange work to a fine spinning machine frame while moving along the fine spinning machine frame. An opening port 20 for communicating with a cavity part 10d is formed below an air tank 10 constituting an air pressure system, and a solenoid valve 22 is arranged at the opening port 20 side through an exhaust pipe 21. A hose 23 extending to a drain tank is connected to the outlet side of the solenoid valve 22. The solenoid valve 22 is driven in closing condition and in opening condition by a control device, and opened for a prescribed time in such a condition as air pressure is applied to the inside of the air tank 10 wherever roving change work is completed for each fine spinning machine frame by the roving exchanger and when it returns to a transporter.
