Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain mechanism enhancing retaining force of a drain pipe without reducing discharge ability, and a fluid filter provided with the same.
SOLUTION: A cap 40 detachable to a lower part of the drain mechanism body part is attached and exchange of a filtration member is carried out by removing the cap 40. A drain hole 50 for discharging a remaining oil at the inside prior to the exchange is provided on the cap 40. The drain hole 50 is closed by a valve member 70 at the usual time. At discharge of the remained oil, the remaining oil can be discharged to the outside by inserting a drain pipe 80. The drain mechanism has an annular recessed part 74, i.e., a retaining wall provided on the valve member 70 and supporting an upper end 84 of the inserted drain pipe.
