To easily and accurately construct a drain pipe facility in which the lower end insertion part of a drain pipe joint so installed as to extend through a concrete slab is inserted into and connected to the upper socket of a drain riser and the drain riser can be easily renewed.
The drain riser is formed in a drain riser assembly 30 in which a socket 40 having an upper socket and a straight riser body 34 are releasably connected to each other. When the length of the lower end insertion part 26 inserted into the upper socket 38 is restricted by a detachable restriction tool 50, and the connection of the socket to the riser body 34 is released and the socket 40 is relatively moved upward, the riser body 34 can be solely tilted. The restriction tool 50 positioned relative to the upper socket 38 in the axial direction. The upper end of the insertion restriction part 54 into which the lower end insertion part 26 is inserted is engaged with the lower end part 25 of the body part 22 of the drain pipe joint 20.
