To provide a drain pipe joint which is reduced in weight, increased in construction efficiency, and superior in both fire resistance and sound insulation.
A first joint structural member 10 which forms a part of a floor slab penetration part is formed of a fire-resistant thermally expandable resin pipe comprising at least a tubular fire-resistant expansion layer made of a fire-resistant thermally expandable resin composition. A sound insulation cover C is attached to the circumference of the joint part of a second joint structural member 11 which forms the floor slab penetration part in association with the joint structural member 10. The sound insulation cover C is formed by wrapping a flame-retardant sound insulation resin sheet 62 around a joint body B so that the heat shrinkage direction thereof is parallel to the center axis of the floor slab penetration part.
