The drain pipe structure 10 allows the drain from a disposer 3 and a living appliance 4 to flow into a drain horizontal branch pipe 40. The drain pipe structure 10 comprises a drain pipe 20 for disposer connected to the disposer 3, a largely bent joint 30, and a drain pipe 50 for living appliance. The largely bent joint 30 comprises a largely bent pipe 31 connecting the drain pipe 20 for disposer to the drain horizontal branch pipe 40, and a joint branch pipe 35 connected to the curved portion of the largely bent pipe 31. The drain pipe 50 for living appliance connects the joint branch pipe 35 to the living appliance 4. The joint branch pipe 35 is so installed that the pipe bottom of the connection part between the joint branch pipe 35 and the largely bent pipe 31 is positioned higher than the pipe center of the drain horizontal branch pipe 40.
