The drain pump for the air conditioner is equipped with a pump chamber 5 formed between a pump body 2 and a cover body 3, a suction pipe 7 forming a suction port 6 at a central lower part of the pump body 2, a delivery pipe 9 forming a delivery port 8 horizontally prolonged from the pump body 2 and a rotary blade 11 rotating in the pump chamber by a motor 19. An abutting part 25 abutting to the drain hose 22 is installed at the delivery pipe 9.
