Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain pump capable of preventing a sink of a rotary blade made of resin.SOLUTION: A rotary blade 50 used in a drain pump 1 has a plurality of plate-shaped large-diameter blades 60 radially extended from a shaft portion 52 connected to an output shaft of a motor, a plurality of plate-shaped small-diameter blades 54 connected to lower edge portions of the large-diameter blades 60, auxiliary blades 70 respectively disposed between the adjacent large-diameter blades 60, and a taper-shaped annular member 56 connecting the large-diameter blades 60 and the auxiliary blades 70. The annular member 56 is provided with a thick portion 80 on a proper position for conventional flat annular member. In injection molding of the rotary blade 50, the periphery of the resin is unified by the thick portion 80, and generation of a sink can be prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
