This drain socket 4 connecting a connection part at which the drain port of the wall-hanging flushing toilet bowl body 2 is formed to the drain pipe installed on the wall surface comprises a drain socket body 16 having a flange part 24 formed on the outer periphery thereof and a socket body support member 18 supporting the drain socket movably in a plane parallel with the wall surface by holding the flange part in the clearance thereof from the wall surface. The drain socket body comprises a tubular drain pipe connection part 22 connected to the drain pipe and a tubular drain port connection part 20 communicating with the drain pipe connection part and formed to accept a packing 14 fitted to the connection part of the flushing toilet bowl body.
