Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To let flow out water or the other liquid, infiltrated into a clearance between a car body frame and a wear plate welded to this car body frame, into the car body frame from a drain hole by boring the penetrating drain hole in the car body frame.
SOLUTION: A through-hole 42d being a drain hole is not bored in a bracket main body 51a formed as a butting plate and the extending part side, but is bored in a center pipe 42. Water or the other liquid infiltrating into a clearance C between the center pipe 42, the bracket main body 51a and an extending part, flows inside the center pipe 42 from the through-hole 42d. Therefore, the bracket main body 51a, an outside surface 51K of the extending part and an outside surface 43g of the center pipe 42 are not stained by the water or the other liquid, and external appearance can be improved.
