To provide a drainage apparatus for a sanitary fixture reducing attachment of bacteria or the like to obtain a certain disinfecting effect for a long period of time while causing scattered irradiation of ultraviolet rays from ultraviolet LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes).

The drainage apparatus 10 for the sanitary fixture includes: a drainage part 1 including a drain port 2 into which drainage flows, and connected to a drain pipe 3 for draining the drainage; and an ultraviolet irradiation part 5 including the ultraviolet LEDs 4 for irradiating ultraviolet rays for disinfecting the inside of the drainage part 1. The ultraviolet irradiation part 5 includes a light guide body 7 guiding the ultraviolet rays from the ultraviolet LEDs 4 and causing scattered irradiation of the ultraviolet rays that can disinfect the inside of the drainage part 1, by surface unevenness 7a, and an ultraviolet transmitting protective plate 8 covering the light guide body 7 to prevent the drainage from directly contacting the unevenness 7a of the light guide body 7.
