To give the swirl to the water to be discharged, and to reduce the generation of the noise, etc., by providing a plurality of inclined U-shaped notches in a lower end part of a guide pipe wall, and providing a guide projecting side projecting inward of the guide pipe on a peripheral edge of the notched parts.
A notched part 11 forms a communication hole, and eliminates the differential pressure between a guide pipe 10 and a body part 2a, and a water film of discharged water flowing down along an inner circumferential surface of the guide pipe 10 is not dispersed to the outer circumferential side when the water falls from its lower end part. The swirl can surely be given to the discharged water flowing down along the inner circumferential surface of a water discharge riser pipe 3 by the effect of a guide projecting side 12 projecting from a peripheral edge of the notched part 11. By setting the swirling direction to be same as the swirling direction of the discharged water from a horizontally flowing from a horizontal discharge pipe 7, the discharged water from an upper part can be smoothly merged with the discharged water from the horizontal direction, and the noise caused by the collision of the discharged water can be greatly reduced.
