Abstract:
PURPOSE: To securely drain dew drops while preventing wind and rain from blowing in.
CONSTITUTION: Vertical members 6 provided in turn with hollow chambers 8 and decoration parts 9 covering the side end of an external decorative material P in the external periphery of an insert 7 inserted in an external peripheral part, are fitted to the external peripheral part 13 of right and left vertical frames 3, 3' constituting a window frame F attached at the outside to drain dew drops to the outside through the vertical members 6. It is desirable that a partition piece is provided in the insert 7 of the vertical members 6 and an outer drain pipe chamber 7b and an inner drain pipe chamber 7a are formed in the insert 7 and the hollow chambers 8 are fitted together with right and left vertical frames 3, 3' and a joint cover T is fitted to the outside of the hollow chamber 8.
