Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve operating efficiency and the efficiency of the execution of work by boring a water-conveyance hole to the side face of a catch-basin placed onto the top face of a floor slab by an oxygen lance and forming a drainage canal connected by inserting and bonding the front end section of a water-conveyance member for drainage into the water-conveyance hole of the catch-basin.
CONSTITUTION: A cock for an oxygen bomb 4 is opened, a pressure regulating valve 8 is opened slightly and oxygen gas is flowed into a steel pipe 9 for fuel, and oxygen gas blown off from the front end of the steel pipe 9 for fuel is ignited. The ignited front end is applied to the bored section of the catch- basin 2 while a part of a floor slab is applied and fixed onto the top face of a notched section 3, the pressure regulating valve 8 is further opened, the flow rate of oxygen gas is increased, and a water-conveyance hole starts to be bored to the catch-basin 2. The water-conveyance hole is drilled and executed at a specified place, the cinders of the catch-basin 2 and the steel pipe 9 for fuel are cooled by water and cleaned and removed.
