Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dewater a wet powdered material efficiently, to improve molding efficiency, to keep good mold releasing properties, and to obtain a molding having good properties from a wet powdered material. SOLUTION: Filters 50, 60 which formed the side facing a cavity space S with a water-permeable polymer material are provided on each wall surface of an upper mold 30 and a lower mold 20, the water of a wet powdered material W is discharged from each drain hole 21..., 31... of the upper mold 30 and lower mold 20 outside the mold through the polymer material of each filter 50, 60, and a molding of the powdered material W is released from the mold surfaces of the upper mold 30 and the lower mold 20 by each polymer material of the filters 50, 60.
