Abstract:
To provide a drain pipe joint capable of preventing a flow of smoke from a lower floor to an upper floor in the event of a fire.SOLUTION: The drain pipe joint comprises an inner pipe 10 that is cylindrical and allows drainage to flow inside, and an outer pipe 20 that covers the inner pipe 10, wherein the inner pipe 10 has an inner pipe upper member 11 that is provided so as to project upward from a floor slab S, and an inner pipe lower member 12 that is fitted to the inner pipe upper member 11 and is provided so as to project downward from the floor slab S, thermal expansion means 25 is provided by a fixing tape 28 on an outer peripheral surface of the inner pipe lower member 12 and below a fitting part W with the inner pipe upper member 11, and a sealing material 29 is provided so as to press the fixing tape 28.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
