Abstract:
To provide a simple pump management method capable of grasping damage or deterioration of a portion and performing trend management without selecting temporal maintenance in a check work schedule by securing the same condition having reproducibility regarding an impeller or a submerged bearing without pulling up a pump.SOLUTION: A drainage pump machine field 100 comprises: a vertical shaft pump P including a suction water tank 1 and a rotor 31 and being configured to drain water in the suction water tank 1; and a driving machine 24 which drives the rotor 31 of the vertical shaft pump P. When a predetermined stop condition for stopping the vertical shaft pump P is detected, a control device 30 implements a pump stop step for stopping the vertical shaft pump P. A sensor for measuring a state of the vertical shaft pump P in at least the pump stop step is fitted to the vertical shaft pump P. In the pump stop step, a pump management device 70 predicts check/repair timing based on the state of the vertical shaft pump P that is measured by the sensor until stopping rotation of the rotor 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
