Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform drainage pump operation realizing the curtailment of the amount of river discharge to the overflow discharge in rainy weather simultaneously with ensuring the safety of rainwater drainage.
SOLUTION: Under the condition that the measured value and the predicted value of the water level in a prescribed part in a sewer 2 do not exceed a specified value, as a constraint condition, an optimization problem including the total discharge of a drainage pump from the present time point to a prescribed time ahead, in an evaluation function is solved to compute the control quantity of the drainage pump such as the number of the operated drainage pumps 4, the discharge of the drainage pumps, and the like from the present time point to the prescribed time ahead and further to control the drainage pump.
