Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the size of a drainage pump, arranged at an air-conditioning device, and to reduce the generation of a noise.
CONSTITUTION: The pump body 10 of a drainage pump 1A comprises a pump chamber 12, a suction port 15, and a delivery port 17. A rotary blade 300 arranged in a body 10 is coupled to a motor disposed to the upper part of the pump body 10 and comprises a shaft 310; and four large vanes 320. A small vane 330 is arranged at the lower part of the large blade 320 and liquid in a suction port is raised. The lower edge part of the large blade 320 is coupled to a disc 350. The disc 350 has a hollow part and dams and divides a liquid level raising through the suction port. An amount of liquid making contact with the large blade 320 at the upper part of the disc 350 is reduced and a load exerted on the rotary blade is relieved. Simultaneously, the generation of air bubbles is also reduced and the generation of noise and vibration are also decreased. Further, by surrounding the outer peripheral part of the large blade 320 with a cylindrical ring member, return water W5 from the delivery port 17 side during the stop of a pump is buffered by a wall member 360 and smoothly returned to the suction port 15 side.
