Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shield and reduce noise by providing rotary blades having flat- plate-shaped large diameter blades and flat-plate-shaped small diameter blades being continuous to the large diameter blades, and by providing this rotary blades with a space in the outer circumferential part of the large diameter blades.
SOLUTION: A rotary blade 50 is provided with a shaft part 52, flat-plate shaped large diameter blades 60 radially extending outward from the outer circumferential part of the shaft part 52, and small diameter blades 54 being continuous to the lower end parts of the large diameter blades 60 through the upper peripheral parts of the taper surface. In the outer circumferential part of the large diameter blades 60, a ring-shaped closed space 70 is formed. This space 70 prevents the drain water from being scattered toward the cover 32 side of the pump housing, and also shields the noise caused by the contact of drain water with the rotary blade 50 from being leaked to the outside. The drainage pump 1 equipped with such blades 50, 54, 60 shields the noise caused by bubbles by means of the formed space 70, so that the noise can be reduced.
