PURPOSE: To obtain a simple titled device that is provided with both feed-water systems of drainage and clean water and is equipped with a purifier of drainage, a switchgear for feeding clean water in response to water-levels in a tank and a water utilizing device for supplying the water to other water utilizing water sources.

CONSTITUTION: Drainage from drainage systems 1, 2 passes through a drain pipe 3 and flows into a water tank 4, and dust and impurities are removed by means of a purifier 5, thus sterilizing the drainage. A ball-tap 6 lowers, a valve of a cock 8 is opened and city water is injected when the water-level is lower than fixed value, and the valve is closed by means of the ball-tap 6 and the injection of water is stopped when the water-level reaches a fexed water-level. Meanwhile, water is discharged to the outside by means of an overflow pipe 9 when drainage is much. Water 7 in the water tank 4 is flow-rate controlled by means of a flow-rate adjusting valve 12, and flows to a water utilizing tank 10 by means of a feed pipe 11, but streams are interrupted by means of a valve 15 when normalcy and a valve 16 is lifted and water 14 flows out when operating a lever 17. Water is fed and stopped by the opening and closing of the valve 15 by the up-and-down movement of a ball-tap 13 in the same manner as mentioned above.
