The rainwater falling or sprayed on the ground permeates a permeable artificial lawn 3 and a permeable asphalt layer 2 laid down on the entire surface of the ground. The rainwater permeating the asphalt layer 2 permeates from the permeating structure portion 4A of a culvert 4 buried in a crushed stone layer 1 into a drain space 4C therein, and drained by the impermeable structure portion 4B of the culvert 4. Around the periphery of the ground, the rainwater permeating the asphalt layer 2 is drained into a gutter 6 through the upper surface 7A of a permeable lid 7 for covering the opening of the gutter 6 and the curved recessed surface 7C of a permeated water receiving part 7B.
