Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of detecting a defect in a drainage system before a water level reaches around a waterproof upper limit due to flooding.SOLUTION: A drainage system block detection system comprises: a rooftop overflow pipe sensor 48A capable of detecting the presence of water in a rooftop overflow pipe 46A; and a rooftop drainage gutter sensor 44A capable of detecting the presence of water in a rooftop drainage pipe 52A, which is placed midway in the rooftop drainage pipe 52A continuous with a rooftop drainage gutter 42A. A maintenance monitor determines a state of the rooftop drainage gutter 42A and the rooftop drainage pipe 52A based on detection results of the rooftop overflow pipe sensor 48A and the rooftop drainage gutter sensor 44A and displays a determination result on a display part.
