To provide a draining structure which prevents rainwater from intruding into a house from a mounting surface etc. for a mounting bracket of a solar cell module, on a laying surface of a roof etc. undergoing the installation of the solar cell module, which bears an aged deterioration, and which reduces a burden on the house etc. fitted with the solar cell module.

This draining structure includes: a draining cover 2 which is composed of a hollow cap-like body having an opened lower end surface; and an installation bracket 4 which comprises a base portion 41 placed on the laying surface 1 and formed with a mounting hole 41a for mounting it on the laying surface 1 by means of a mounting screw 41b, and a placing portion 43 for placing the solar cell module 3 via the draining cover 2. The installation bracket 4 is mounted on the laying surface 1 by inserting the mounting screw 41b through the mounting hole 41a. The draining cover 2 covers the installation bracket 4 installed on the laying surface 1, from the opened surface: and the solar cell module 3 is placed on the placing portion 43 of the installation bracket 4 installed on the laying surface 1, via the draining cover 2.
