PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of offensive odor without increasing the step-over height of unit bath by a method in which the drainer of bathtub is led to the drainer of washing place, and a back-flow preventer with a float is provided to the drainer of the tub waterproofing pan.
CONSTITUTION: The drainer 12a of a bathtub 12 is attached with an elbow 13, and the first draining hose 14 is attached to the elbow 13. A back-flow preventer 16 with an elastic float having a hardness of 35 - 75° and a specific gravity of 1 or more is attached to the drainer 15a of the tub waterproof pan 15 set on the downside of the tub 12. The preventer 16 is connected with the hose 14 by a rubber elbow 17. A trap 20 is attached to the drainer 19 of the washing place 18 and connected with the preventer 16 by the second draining hose 21. When discharging water in the tub 12, the float rises to the surface, and the draining hole of the tub pan 15 is closed to prevent the back flow of water to the pan 15.
