Abstract:
PURPOSE: To surely perform maintenance and diagnosis even by a user without expert knowledge for a diagnosis is object device and to dispense with a specific countermeasure even when a diagnostic device is used overseas, concerning the diagnostic device for the maintenance or repair of a computer device.
CONSTITUTION: This device is constituted of a device information acquiring part 20 which acquires the device information of the diagnosis object device 1, a diagnostic part 30 which diagnose the diagnosis object device 1, a device image storage part 40 which holds the device images of devices 2, 4, and 5 constituting the device 1, and a display control part 24 which selects and displays the device images stored in the device image storing part 40 are provided, and the display control part 24 displays the device images of the devices 2, 4, and 5 which comprise the diagnosis object device 1 based on the device information of the diagnosis object device 1 acquired by the device information acquiring part 20.
