To dispense with sewing operation for closing a lower end, to increase operativity at manufacturing and to provide a draining bag for kitchen at a low cost.

This draining bag is formed cylindrically by synthetic fiber filament yarn and has elastic yarn 13 knitted in at an upper end opening part 12. Part of the filament yarn forming a body part 11 of the bag is needle-jumped and wrapped from outside at a lower end position of the body part 11 of one draining bag. Then the bag is closed by re-hanging the part of filament on the needle and knitting it in.
