Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a novel solvent useful from the aspect of the protection of nature and environment by using 1H-perfluoroheptane as an effective component in place of a draining solvent using CFC113 having high depletion capacity of an ozone layer.
CONSTITUTION: 1H-perfluoroheptane is used as a main effective component and alcohols, ketones or surfactants are used alone or in combination. Herein, the addition amount of alcohols is set to 0-30wt.% and, when alcohols and ketones are together used, the total addition amount of them is set to 0-50wt.% and the addition amount of the surfactants is set to 0-10wt.%.
