PURPOSE: To enable sport or game to be performed safely even when the place where a draining device is buried, is stepped on incautiously by a person participating in the sport or game by a method in which a specific structure of drain pipes are buried along the corners of the ground.

CONSTITUTION: A drain pipe 5 with a structure in which water conveyance plates 8W10 are combined radially with a rib 7 integrally connected to the upper part of a drain pipe 6 having an opening on its upper part and slit-shaped apertures 16 are formed between the inside endges of the water conveyance plates 8W10 and between the upperside of the flat plate portion 12 of the drain pipe 6 and the rearsides of the left and right water conveyance plates 9 and 10 is put in a trench 32 excavated in the corners of a ground. Then, crushed stones 38 are charged into the trench 32 until the drain pipe 5 is buried, sand 39 is laid on the crushed stones 38, and a water-permeable artificial turf 40 is further laid on the upperside of the sand 39. Thus, since the surface is covered with the water-permeable artificial turf 40 and the sand 39 is charged below the artificial turf 40, no sprain occurs in the feet of persons even when they step in the corners of the ground violently.
