PURPOSE: To obtain a dermatic drug for external use, containing yeast powder and/or a yeast extract and an extract produced by removing proteins from blood of mammal, having excellent cell activation effect and useful for preventing and ameliorating chapped skin and preventing and remedying wrinkling and darkening of skin caused by aging.
CONSTITUTION: The objective agent contains (A) powder and/or extract of yeast such as bakers' yeast and beer yeast and (B) a water-soluble component produced by removing proteins from fresh blood of cattle, pig, etc., as essential components. The amount of the component A is 0.001W2.0wt.%, preferably 0.01W0.5wt.% and that of the component B is 0.01W2.0wt.%, preferably 0.1W1.0wt.% based on the whole dermatic drug. If necessary, the agent is further compounded with 0.01W2.0wt.%, preferably 0.1W2.0wt.% of extracted component of spleen and/or liver.
