Abstract:
PURPOSE: To restrain the development of crack and wrinkle in the case of draw-back bending integrally a straight part and a curving part or even in the case of largely varying the cross sectional shape over the whole length of draw-back bending work.
CONSTITUTION: This draw-back bending method is the one, by which draw- formed panel 24 is set to a movable die 32 side and a flange 26 of the panel 24 is pressed to the movable die 32 side with a draw-back bending edge 38 to execute the draw-back bending formation to the flange 26 in a recessed state. Then, the deep drawing formation is beforehand executed to the panel 24 so that distances l1, l2 from a position abutting the draw-back bending edge 38 firstly on the flange 26 to a position completing the draw-back bending equal (l1=l2) over the whole part executing the draw-back bending to the flange 26.
