Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce weight by forming a compact structure, and to facilitate operation by exhibiting large tensile force and a high rope speed by constituting a rope haulage machine by arranging a driving engine, an epicyclic gear device, a disc clutch and a rope drive pulley. CONSTITUTION: A driving engine 2 is formed as a lightweight internal combustion engine having large output, a clutch is formed as a manually air blowing disc clutch 3, and a transmission is formed as an epicyclic gear device 4 having a reverse rotation preventive device. The disc clutch 3 is arranged on an output shaft 6 of the driven epicyclic gear device 4, and a rope drive pulley 5 driving pinion 7 connected to the output side of the disc clutch 3 is arranged between them. The disc clutch 3 has a load releasable pressing-down element 9, and is operated by a manual crank 10, and the driving engine 2 drives the epicyclic gear device 4 through a V belt speed reduction gear 11 or by sandwiching a transmission gear 12 according to circumstances. Such constitution is excellent in terms of a compact structure and light weight, exhibits large tensile force and a high rope speed, and facilitates operation.
