PURPOSE: To permit draw molding even in the portion where the inflow of a material is less by a method in which a material is subjected to a draw molding while controlling the force of extrusion to be applied to the end of the material extruded and held by upper and lower molds in relation to the vertical movement of a punch.

CONSTITUTION: The peripheral end portion of a material W is pressed and held by top force 1 and a bottom force 2, and a punch 3 is lowered. A cam part 20 is then contacted slidably with other end face of a transmitter 19, and the cam part 7 is moved to the punch 3 side. When the cam part 7 is moved by a given distance, a push force regulating bolt 14 acts in such a way as to push a pusher 5 to the punch 3 side in relation to the cam part 7 through a spring 15.
